1. XPmedia.com is an online media network that hosts hundreds of unique Channels featuring ministries, churches, businesses, organizations and entertainment entities that uphold Christian values and morals.

2. The site is owned by XPmedia.com Incorporated in which Patricia King serves as president.

3. XPmedia.com is a viable tool for spreading the message and values of the Kingdom of the Lord globally.

4. Each Channel Host is permitted to upload video clips, programs, audio content, and graphics on their individual Channel.

5. In addition to Apostolic and Prophetic ministries, XPmedia.com hosts children and teen channels, music and worship channels, business channels and various language and special interest channels. XPmedia.com is projected to host films, movies, video games and family entertainment with moral content.

6. The videos and audio content on each Channel are on demand through a menu.

7. The site is open 24/7.

8. The site can be accessed free of charge and without any email sign-up. Viewers can watch on-line free of charge but will not be able to download. A special section on the site will be devoted to downloadable content. This section will require FREE Platinum Membership sign up. Channel Hosts are able to post media in this devoted section.

9. The individual Channels will contain a link to the Channel Host’s ministry or business Home Page.

10. Channel Hosts will upload their video and/or audio content to a designated place on the XPmedia.com server. Our technical team will publish them. More information on this process is given to Channel Hosts when they are ready to launch their Channel.

11. The XPmedia.com team and media associates (Doxa 512 Productions) are able to film, edit and upload video segments for Channel Hosts through our web-studio in Maricopa AZ (upon availability) should a ministry desire these services (for an extra fee).

12. XPmedia.com, Inc. is responsible for all costs involving bandwidth, hosting of site, security, administration and staffing. Channel Hosts pay a minimal monthly fee.

13. The site is funded through advertisements and Channel Host fees.

Benefits to Channel Hosts

3. You are able to utilize XPmedia.com as a media portal for your ministry, business or organization.

4. You will have a link to your ministry/business site that will increase your site’s exposure.

5. FREE 180×150 ad perpetually, (you can change and update your ad as often as you wish) located on the top right hand corner of your Channel Page, directly under your Channel’s banner.

6. You will be able to have a 350 character description/write-up on your Channel Page.

7. Channel Hosts are able to up load an unlimited number of video & audio files.

8. You will receive a ministry banner on your Channel prepared for you by XPmedia.com.

9. You are permitted to advertise your business, ministry, request donations for your ministry, feature events and promote resource and product within your videos as long as the advertisement does not fill more than 25% of your content. You are also permitted to drive people to your site within the videos and post your ministry name and website on all your footage. You retain 100% of all donations, partnership funds, event registration and resource revenue received into your ministry, organization or business through referral or links from our site.

10. Your media is “on demand” which makes it easy for people to view according to their schedule.

11. You will be featured on the site with many other Channels. This gives great networking opportunities and increases your visibility and exposure to new viewers.

12. Intercessors on the XPmedia.com staff will pray for you and your media on a regular basis.

Responsibility of Channel Hosts

1. Upload and remove media (unless you contract XPmedia.com to serve you.) XPmedia will give instructions.

2. Channel Host is encouraged to post a link in a visible position on your own site thus promoting your XPmedia.com Channel.

3. Channel Host is encouraged, on your outgoing emails, to post a link promoting your XPmedia.com Channel for people to view your media. This can be part of an automatic signature to make it easier for you.

4. You are free to communicate your heart and message on your videos as long as you abide by the “Laws of Love”. These are simple rules like not communicating negative things about others, not violating the absolutes of the Christian Faith or the Word of God, and no violation of biblical morals and conduct.
