Patricia and our XP ministers/speakers do not have any set speaking fee but graciously accept whatever amount the Lord lays on your heart. |

The host church is responsible for two airfares, one for the XP minister and one for a team member that will help with resource, etc. At times, depending on the circumstances, Patricia may ask for airfare for three, but this would be communicated to you in advance. |

The team will drive to the destination if it is 5 or fewer hours from Phoenix AZ unless otherwise specified by XP. (If Itinerants are traveling by car, we ask hosts to please send monies for gasoline to Itinerant at least two weeks prior to date of event.) If the XP team is flying, the host is responsible to arrange and book flights (see policy link above) for two airfares, one for our speaker and one for a team member who will assist and help with resource. |

The host church is responsible for airport pick-ups and drop-offs and for transporting the team back and forth to the sessions. |

The local church cares for accommodations and meals for the XP team, either in a hotel or in a host home. Billeting in homes is what we like and expect as long as it is a quiet environment and has internet connection. (Host can provide hotel rooms if they prefer) |

Extreme Prophetic firmly believes in equipping the Body of Christ and would like to have the opportunity to set up product tables (4-5) in a visible location. |

Patricia and our XP ministers/speakers would like to reserve the right to cancel a speaking engagement, with plenty of advance notice, should the Lord direct them to do so. Please understand this would only be in extremely rare circumstances. |
