A. Prophetic Encouragement

This is an appointed time. My plans are set. I am bringing all things into the conformity of My purpose, and My purpose is for harvest time! Open your eyes and see that the fields are ripe with harvest! Don’t give up and don’t grow weary, for you will reap a harvest in due time!! I have come to destroy the works of the enemy and they will be burned up with My fire. Do not fear the heat but trust Me as I destroy the works of the enemy in your life so that I can cause great life to spring forth! You are not only contending for yourselves but for the souls of the great harvest! You are preparing a breakthrough for them that they have not known how to fight for themselves! Your testimony of victory shall shine and many will overcome by the word of your testimony!! I am coming and My reward is with Me!

Psalm 85:9-12 NKJV
Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, that glory may dwell in our land.  Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed. Truth shall spring out of the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven. Yes, the Lord will give what is good; And our land will yield its increase.

Surely His salvation is near!
Your salvation is near and not far away! What you have been contending for is so close. Don’t give up. This battle is not just your own; you are contending for a harvest. You are contending for those that have not cried out to God, for those generations that have not known God. I looked up the word salvation in this passage and it means “deliverance, rescue, salvation, safety and welfare.” Your battle for health, deliverance, welfare in every way is winning the battle for many others. They will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the power of your testimony!! 

I seem to be surrounded by many whose battles seem longer than they should be, especially when we know we have the power of God and have experienced it so many times before. I feel a big reason why the battle has been harder and longer than usual is because the battle is for something so much bigger than we realize. The battle is fighting on behalf of those who cannot fight for themselves, and our individual victories are breaking the way for the souls of the great harvest that is coming. God is building a testimony for His glory for the salvation of countless souls. Take heart, His salvation is near. He has become your salvation, He is coming, and His reward is with Him!

His salvation is near that glory may dwell in our land!!!
The Lord wants His glory to dwell in our land! What is your land? I take it to mean all the land of promise in my life for me, my family, my city, my country, ministry and work. Our land contains souls … souls that need to see God’s glory in a real and tangible way, and God wants to use our lives to display His glory in the earth. I looked up what glory means in this passage; it says Glory (kawbod) means “abundance, riches, honor, splendor, glory, of external condition and circumstances.” This is not just an internal glory but an external tangible glory that touches the reality of everything in our lives and fills it with His abundance, riches, honor, and splendor. When God sends His salvation, our lives have His abundance of peace, joy, healing, love, and provision in every area. I love this verse, Psalm 35:27: “The Lord be magnified, who delights in the prosperity of His servant.” Not only does the Lord have a willing heart to cause us to prosper, but it gives Him great pleasure and joy that we prosper. He delights in your prosperity (Shaw-lom) which means “completeness, soundness, welfare, peace.” The Lord’s salvation and glory establish a completeness and soundness in your life. It is His good pleasure to give us the Kingdom, and all the blessings in the heavenly realm are ours. As the Lord did with Abraham, He also wants to bless us so that through us all the families of the earth will be blessed as well! (Genesis 12:2-3)

Yes, the Lord will give what is good; and our land will yield its increase.
The Lord will give what is good! All the plowing of your land and all the seeds planted will spring forth into life. The whole world is getting ready to see a greater harvest than has been seen before, and your life and your land are part of that harvest!!!  Sometimes the end of the battle is the hardest to push through, but “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” (Galatians 6:9 NIV) Don’t give up hope! It can be easy to grow tired and weary if we keep our eyes on the earth, but let us join with David and believe that we will see the goodness of the Lord!! Psalm 27:13: “I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living.” Keep your eyes on the goodness of the Lord because it will not fail you and it will bring forth the harvest in your lives.

“I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.” (John 4:35 NIV) May the Lord open your eyes to see the harvest of souls coming, the victories ahead for you and your loved ones, the harvest of joy and peace that will come as the Lord’s salvation causes His glory to dwell in your land!!!
