Q: How can I become a channel host?

A: Due to the amount of request to host a channel on XPmedia.com, we have a Media Quality Control Team that reviews all potential media for the network. You can email xpmedia@xpmedia.com  with your ministry, business, or organization name and a sample (or link) of your media and our team will connect with you.

Q: Why can’t I see the videos?

A: There are a couple reasons why you may not be able to view videos:

  1. You need to update your flash player (click here)
  2. You are using AOL for your internet browser (try Firefox or IE)
  3. You have a PC when you should have a MAC. ☺
  4. The video wasn’t compressed correctly (please make sure you have tried steps 1 and 2 first then contact us with the video(s) that aren’t working properly)

Q: What can I do when my Safari browser gives the following message:

Bad Request  Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

A: You need to clear the cookies: Click on Safari, Preferences, Show Cookies - then select and delete all the xpmedia.com cookies.

Q: I was really blessed by a video. How can I get it on DVD?

A: You would need to contact the ministry with the video directly to purchase products. Please let the ministry know that you saw their media on XPmedia.com and were extremely blessed by what God did in your life through them.

If your question was not addressed please feel free to contact us: [email protected]

Q: Why do you charge for the Word of God?

A: It is our heart to feed the lambs nourishing uplifting messages from 100's of different ministries with a simple click of a button.  Much like a bookstore sells bibles, xpmedia.com provides users the convenience and delivery of viewing our content wherever you are 24/7. You wouldn't walk into a bookstore and ask them why they "sell" bibles.  xpmedia.com's monthly operating costs exceed $50,000 per month.  90% of our content is delivered to users worldwide for free.  Only 10% is withheld and paid for by a generous few who help make this network possible.    If you would like to support the network, please consider becoming a Premium subscriber.
